G & G is led by it’s 2 partners, Jywon Garth and Keith Goodwin. G & G is a true Design & Build firm with highly experienced architects, estimators, engineers and superb construction & designing minds.
Headquartered in Chicago, we operate throughout the Chicagoland area & South suburbs. We are not just builders- we are great dreamers. Even though we are technically advanced, it’s our imagination that keeps us on the cutting edge.
THE EXECUTIVE TEAM
KEITH GOODWIN
Keith Goodwin got his start in the design-build over 20 years ago when he helped design and build 5 nightclubs in Chicago and Milwaukee. He then moved into the residential arena working with Design 1st builders for five years where he really honed his skills for design-build.
Keith also worked with various architects and structural engineers on a wide variety of projects in Chicago and Atlanta. With a very solid and capable team around him, Keith has taken the next step by securing his MBE and making strategic partnerships while growing KG Design & Build.
Jywon Garth
Jywon’s career in the construction industry started at a young age, learning masonry from his late father and older brother. Fast forward, Jywon now has 28 years of experience in the Masonry trade. He has a proven record of completing projects on time and within budget.
Mastering different trades along the way, Jywon decided that he can utilize his experience and knowledge to become a home builder. Now that he and his partner Keith have opened G & G Builders, they are excited to begin building dream homes for their Chicagoland clientele.
